Is it possible to adjust the clock? Mine gains 30 minuets in 24 hours, but very soothing to hear it ticking.

look forward to hearing how to correct it.

Have you looked at Colin Goldsworthy's excellent article in Tech Tips on the Magnette clock ? Although mainly concerned with repairing a completely non-working clock, I think it covers the adjustment mechanism

Many thanks for your reply, I have gone thro' the article but could not find any mention of adjustments. Having delved into the workshop manual it tells me to remove clock and the adjustment can be found on the rear of clock.

On the back of the clock is a simple lever adjuster marked with = and - increments, just a case of moving the lever towards the minus side until you get it correct but may take a few tries.
