I don't know but "lumens" sort of infers that it means visible light: UV is invisible to the human eye so this might not be a scale of its brightness, & refers to the violet end of the visible spectrum which you don't want anyway. 3 lumens might well be plenty bright enough: you're not trying to illuminate the speedo face, but to get the printed markings to flouresce.

PS---- That UV bulb from Super bright LEDs ( USA ) is stated to be available in beam angle of 15 or 180 degree.
If it were brighter it might be a possible solution ? 3 Lumen doesn't sound very bright to me, and probably not much good as a direct replacement to illuminate speedo?
Pat.

Hi again Andy, and once more Thank you ! That's neat with the Xmas tree light holder ! I totally agree that there is more fun and satisfaction in restoring an original feature where possible. I have ordered a number of UV wide angle LEDs with wire connectors and am waiting on them to arrive.
Afterwards, and by chance I came across what appears to be a direct replacement 9mm bayonet fitting, single contact, UV LED bulb on a USA site "Super Bright LEDs.COM" in St. Louis Missouri. This bulb is not very bright though, ( only 3 lumen )but it is the only brightness they do in UV. ( you might want to take a look at the site ?)I have ordered a few just to see!
I have had a few old cars over the years, Including Mk 1 Consul, Vauxhall Cresta, A couple of Y types, A Sunbeam Talbot, Riley 1 & 1/2 litre but not come across the UV illumination before ! Or if I did I didn't know it !! ( Mind you I was young in those days, just the cars were old !!
Think I read somewhere the Mk 1 or Mk 2 Jag had it ? Thanks again,
Regards,
Pat

Those pictures of Andy’s have jogged my memory: I used LEDs as these (or one of them, anyway), from ultraleds.co.uk I think:

By chance I already had a suitable holder, but I have just seen outwardly identical items on........xmas tree lights. With a standard rubber grommet in the binnacle the holder was a nice interference fit, & looked like it grew there. I used one (or two) segments of clear frosted plastic cut from a milk bottle (by chance the correct curvature) to act as a diffuser. It all works like it should.
An alternative is to just use a lower-wattage bulb in the existing holder and use some plastic segments cut from a drinks bottle to give you standard green illumination - but it’s just more fun to get an original feature working again. (The UV illumination was not unique to Magnettes, by the way: some others of a similar vintage had it too).

Thank you Andy. That's brilliant ! It really is very kind of you to take the time and trouble to help. I really appreciate it. I am waiting on LEDs to arrive and will let you know how I get on.
Thank you so much again.
