Gunter,
We have communicated before. But now my old badly beaten Za has got to go as I must have the space; if it doesn't go to an enthusiast it will have to go through the wrecker I'm afraid.
Here are the details and some photographs.
Regards,
Frank Mugford.
Classic 1954 MG Magnette; barn find.
This is a 1954 'Metal Top' MG Za Magnette which was kept on blocks for over 20 years. It is complete but would be a project for refurbishment or otherwise broken for spares. It is/was maroon and is complete with semaphore signals, polished cast alloy inlet manifold, electric clock that used to work and vacuum windscreen washers. The tyres, even now, are still reasonable and probably OK for an MOT. It has its original starting handle, jack and spare. Original number plate and green logbook also found. Sadly both windscreens are broken but there is a spare rear screen available. It started on the handle, ran sweetly and managed 80mph for hours on end. There are other spares available.
£890.00 or offers.
