why are our cars so expensive on the market?
To my opinion the classic car scene has accepted that Magnettes are wonderful cars, reliable, spacious, elegant, sporty, suitable for everday use,.... an so the prices will rise :cheer:

By the way, do you know of a Magnette, rustfree, good condition for less than GBP 2000,- I`ld like to buy 2 or 3 :lol: But don`t tell anbody!

During the recent visit to Haynes Motor Museum , there was a Magnette ZB for sale for about £15K , it is now for sale on Car and Classics at £14 k or near offer, it looks shiny and bright in the photos.
Having looked over this car , there is a lot of rust showing through, in the doors, sills, bonnet and rear wings, the boot floor is badly rusted and would probably best be replaced.

My advice is really at this price, the car is not worth the trip and you would be better to look elsewhere.

What has happened to Magnette prices? but I guess this is true in the classic car market generally , junk bulled up to look glitzy
