Sledmere
Over the weekend of the 9th & 10th of July, the Magnette register were once again kindly invited to attend the MGCC Yorkshire groups annual event at Sledmere. This was the fourth time in succession that our register had been invited & this year it was decided to make it the register's main event of the year due to the fun we have had on the previous three occassions!

European Event of the Year 2006
In 2006 it was the French club who organised the "Event of the year". The club itsself is very young but has several hundred members meanwhile and did a great job. Everybody could feel the relaxed atmosphere and the happiness of the French that so many cars attended.
Four Magnettes (two from France, one British and my German car) took part.

The Italian French Job

It still was a very hot summerday, therefore we chose to take as few motorway as possible and enjoy driving in the "airsmoothed style" on small roads.
