We started the 2011 season of classic and antique car shows in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico!

On this occasion I send you a brief report of our participation in the Sixth Spring Festival and Old Car Classic, Parade and Exhibition, which took place last march 19, 20. As usual this is a totally family event that takes place in the Malecon Street and Kiosk of our city, La Paz, Baja California Sur State, México.

We try to maintain a strong presence of the MG with the participation of our Magnette ZB 1959, as you can see in the video and photos, this time, only after the Pick Up, Ford Model A 1929, we opened the antique car parade, held the evening of Saturday 19 down the street from the "Malecon Costero". During the exhibition on Sunday 20 in the kiosk of the "Malecon Costero" street, once again our ZB was placed in the main entrance of the event, welcoming and arousing much interest in visitors.

As you can see in the output file, the best vehicle for the exhibition was the very nice 53 Chevy Pick Up (clear that it is a restored-modify vehicle), recognition of the older car was for the Pick Up, Ford Model A 1929. Of course, my Magnette 59 again took the prize as the best European sedans.

During the exhibition we held with our ZB the flip chart with information providers, summary history of the MG Car Company, and the MG Magnettes, that always attracts the attention of visitors and brings us his gratitude, for we are the only participant to provide such written information.

We still have a commitment to attend the next event scheduled for May. As soon send an affectionate greeting to all MG enthusiasts, and especially all magnetteers.
